BPE Systems was formed because of a need to provide PAT integration services to the existing clients of our sister company BPE Design and Support.

The use of Process Analytical Techniques are part of the drive to improve product quality and are often encompassed within the Quality by Design initiatives currently being pursued by most Pharmaceutical Manufactutrers.

BPE had experienced an increasing involvement with the commissioning and validation of PAT instrumentation and was therefore well placed to design and manufacture specialist equipment to enable the use of lab based analysers and probes in an process environment.

Our comprehensive understanding of instrumentation, controls and systems engineering within pharmaceutical hazardous areas permitted designs to be developed in-house with the minimum of delay.

Our product portfolio has been developed to meet clients particular needs and provide innovative yet simple solutions to PAT integration. Our two main product lines are Hardened Analyser Enclosures (PAT Servers) and Probe Delivery Systems (UniMount).
