BPE Systems offers an ever expanding range of PAT integration products primarily for the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. However the nature of these devices is such that they can be applied to any industry requiring the placement of PAT probes Analysers and their respective PCs into Hazardous Areas.

All ATEX rated enclosures are certified for use in Zone 1 T4 Hazardous Areas.

* The PATServer family are all designed to accept modified analysers from all the major manufacturers. The modifications are minor and include mounting on a metal tray which is then inserted into the enclosure on telescopic rails. Those analysers which have been adapted to date include Bruker FTNIR, Zeiss UV, Axsun, MT Turbidity, ITOMS Tomography.

The MiniPAT servers are normally temperature controlled to prevent the build-up of heat, which would usually cause analyser measurements to drift.
